Bloom Brigade: grow, merge and defend the garden.
Bloom Brigade is a cozy HTML5 merge tower defense template with full source code. Buy seed packets, drag two equal plants together to grow a stronger one, and place your best plants in the planter so they shoot at the garden pests marching towards the fence. Easy to start, with real decisions later: which plants to merge, when to call the next wave and what to buy in the Garden Shed.

12 plants, each with its own attack
Seeds, burrs, popcorn, pinecone lobs, frost, rockets, lightning, moon orbs, bamboo lances and a vortex. Merge two equal plants to reach the next level; merge combos pay a bonus.

30 waves, 3 worlds and 3 bosses
Backyard Veggie Patch, Sunflower Farm and Moonlit Greenhouse, with 7 kinds of pests and a boss every 10 waves (Rhino Beetle, Wasp Queen, Mega Snail), each with an entrance ceremony and its own music. After the campaign, Endless mode keeps going.

Juicy, and kind to the player
Shot trails, merge bursts, flying coins and confetti, all tuned in one file. First-game tutorial with Hazel, retry that keeps your plants when the fence falls, Bee Swarm and Fertilizer powers, falling seed packets, 1x/2x speed, and calmer effects when the system reduce-motion setting is on.

Your game, your hosting
Upload the contents of the game folder to static HTTP(S) hosting. Landscape layout for phones, tablets, desktop and ultrawide screens, with mouse, touch and keyboard.
What this edition does not include
Native apps, hosting and custom development are not included, nor are cloud saves, an online ranking, real-money purchases or an advertising SDK.
Who this template is for
Site and portal owners who want a friendly strategy game, freelancers and studios building a branded game for a client, and developers who want readable plain JavaScript to learn from or reskin.
Customise it
All balance numbers live in src/game/data.js (plants, pests, waves, bosses, prices, rewards) and all game-feel numbers in src/render/feel.js. The rules are separate from the drawing, and npm test runs a bot through the campaign. Each language is one file in src/i18n.
