Licence, support, refund and privacy terms

1. Who sells

Polar Games (polargames.com.br) sells and supports every template on this marketplace. Contact: willian@polargames.com.br.

2. Your licence

Each purchase gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased edition in one end product (for you or for one client).

Players may access your end product free of charge or through advertising monetisation.

You may change the code, art and audio inside your end product.

You may not resell, share or redistribute the template, its source code or its assets on their own, as a template, kit or asset pack, or inside another product meant for developers.

Third-party components (for example fonts) keep their own licences, listed in THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES. Keep those notices with your product.

The licence does not expire when support ends.

3. Downloads and updates

Your purchased files stay in "My templates" while the marketplace operates. We keep the version you bought available during normal operation.

Updates to the same edition, when published, appear in your library. We do not promise updates for a fixed period.

4. Support

Each purchase includes 6 months of support from the purchase date, or 12 months when you choose the extension at checkout.

Support covers questions about installing and using the supplied files and the correction of reproducible defects in the supplied game.

Customisation, new features, hosting, SDK or portal integration and installation on your server are separate services, quoted before any work.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase by writing to willian@polargames.com.br with your licence number.

After 7 days, we refund when the supplied game has a defect we cannot fix.

A refunded purchase ends the licence: the files must no longer be used and the library stops offering them.

6. Payments and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; Polar Games never sees your card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion and taxes.

Coupons and promotions apply only as shown at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

7. Privacy

For your account and purchases we keep your name, email, a protected form of your password, your orders, licences and downloads.

Payments are handled by Stripe and account emails are sent through Resend. We do not sell your data.

You can ask to see or delete your data at willian@polargames.com.br; purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting.

The general site privacy policy also applies.

8. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. A purchase keeps the version accepted at checkout.
