Who we are

Polar Games is an independent game studio from Brazil, run by Willian Zarpellon. You can reach us at willian@polargames.com.br.

What we collect on this site

• Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you type. We use them only to reply, and they reach us by email through our own server.
• Language. The language you choose is saved in your browser (local storage) so the site opens the same way next time. It is not sent to us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (such as IP address and the page requested) to run and protect the service.

Favorites and recently played games

The portal saves only the identifiers of your favorite and recently opened games in this browser. These lists are not sent to our server or shared between devices. You can remove this data in your browser settings. Game progress is stored separately by each game.

Advertising

This site shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to show and measure ads and, where you allow it, to personalize them. In regions where the law requires it, a consent message lets you accept or refuse these choices.

Our games

Games you play here keep your progress on your own device, in your browser storage. Some games have online rankings; what they store is explained on each game's page. Games on other websites or portals follow those sites' own policies.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, for example a message you sent through the contact form. Write to willian@polargames.com.br. Residents of Brazil have rights under the LGPD, and residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
