Football HTML5 Game Template: Source, Modes and Limits
A tabletop football template with 50 national teams: modes, source code, commentary and what the edition does not include.

Sports templates appeal to studios and agencies because a match runs in a browser with nothing to install. The question that decides the purchase is less about graphics and more about modes: a friendly against the computer is not a tournament, and two players on one device is not online play.
Golazo is a tabletop football game with physics-based flick shots and 50 national teams. This guide covers what to check before you use it for a site, a client project or a campaign.
The four ways to play
- A friendly against the computer.
- An 8-team Cup.
- Practice.
- Two players on one device.
Every mode is local to the browser. If your project needs a league, a season or a shared online table, Golazo does not include them, so plan for that before you buy.
Teams and commentary
The edition has 50 national teams. Its recorded commentary covers English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish, with English as the fallback for other languages.
Check the team list against your audience. A football game for a national market is only as good as the teams it includes, so confirm that the teams you need are in the edition before you buy.
The flick: test it on real devices
Shots are made by flicking the piece, with physics-based movement. Test the flick on a phone and on a laptop before you show it to a client, because touch and mouse feel different and sports games often lose players at that point.
Source and hosting
The source is plain JavaScript, HTML and CSS with no compiler or build step, so the files you edit are the files you upload. The package also includes third-party licence notices and an illustrated offline buyer guide.
The edition needs a current browser with JavaScript and audio support, and static HTTP(S) hosting. No database, PHP or author account is required.

What the price leaves out
Golazo has no online multiplayer, online ranking, real-money purchases or advertising SDK, and normal play makes no requests to such services. Native apps, hosting and custom development are outside the price.

Who should buy it
A football template suits a sports site, an agency building a branded game for a client, or a studio that wants a physics-based sports game to customise.
If the client needs online matches, a league or a leaderboard, budget for custom work from the start. The edition is not built for those.
