Skill games online: 4 one-tap games to play
One tap, lots of timing and the urge to play just one more: Polarzinho tested his own patience in four Polar Games titles.

A skill game looks easy in the first second and turns into a timing test by the tenth. You don’t need to learn any buttons: you need a sharp eye, calm hands and one finger.
Here are the four Polar Games titles that ask the most of your skill. They all run in the browser, on a computer or a phone, and each one comes with a tip from me to last longer.
Play Pinloop Play Trimora Play Twirldrop Play Ricopop
1. Pinloop: pins on a spinning target
A ring spins and you stick pins into it with one tap, without touching the ones already there. There is no countdown: you watch the spin and pick your moment. There are 30 target designs, some of which slow down, stop and reverse.

2. Trimora: stacking without missing the edge
A slab slides over the tower and drops when you tap. Whatever hangs over the edge is cut off, so every sloppy drop leaves less room for the next. A perfect drop keeps the full width, and a streak of them widens the tower again. There is an online leaderboard for the day, week, month and all time.

3. Twirldrop: the ball that drops down the tower
The ball bounces on its own; you only spin the tower to line up a gap under it. Three gaps in one fall set up a smash, and the next floor breaks apart. Red spiked pieces break the ball. There are 30 towers in the campaign and the endless Descent mode, with a leaderboard.

4. Ricopop: ricochets and chain reactions
Rico, the launcher with eyes, fires volleys of balls at a wall of crystals. You aim the bounce off the walls, hit explosive cores to set off chain reactions and save the Pulse, a 3×3 blast, for when the formation gets close to the line. There are 50 levels in 10 chapters.
